Cambridge Refugee Committee
The Cambridge Refugee Committee was formed in response to the Austrian crisis of March 1938. It organised the financial assistance and placement of refugees from Germany, Czechoslovakia and elsewhere, most of whom were Jewish.

Papers of Margareta (Greta) Burkill
Papers concerning Margareta Burkill’s work with German and Austrian refugee children before, during and after the Second World War. The collection includes Burkill’s memoir and some correspondence.
