The Master, Fellows and Scholars of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, let to Thomas Halsted of Cambridge certain property in St Boltolph's parish, Cambridge, for a term of forty years. The lessee must not alienate without licence written and sealed. Part of the document in the top right-hand corner has been cut off. Relating to 'site of St Catharine's Lodge garden = University Press'. This sentence on a separate piece of paper in a different hand.
